When will my preorder ship?
Our first Moonfern collection entered production August 12th and is estimated to arrive to us by September 20th. After a final quality check, we'll begin packing and shipping preorders right away. Orders can be expected to arrive approximately between September 25th and 30th.
Because transit time from the manufacturer can vary, we'll keep preorder customers updated along the way. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
We know babies don't always follow the size on the tag, so if you're needing an exchange we'd be glad to do so. Size exchange and return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached. For standard size exchanges, customers are responsible for the costs of returning the original item to us. Moonfern will cover the cost of shipping the replacement size back to you. Exchanges are subject to size availability.
For health and hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, pet hair, or other use cannot be returned or exchanged.
Preorders may be canceled for a full refund any time before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, our normal return and exchange policy applices.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us if something isn't right with your order. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or we accidentally send the wrong item or size, Moonfern will make it right at no additional cost to you.
How can I track my order or check its status?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.
Is Moonfern clothing available for international shipping?
We currently offer shipping to select international locations.
Promotional Items & Free Gifts
If an item that qualified your order for a free gift is returned, the free promotional item must also be returned in new, unused, and unwashed condition to receive a full refund. If you choose t keep the promotional item, its regular retail price will be deducted from your refund, up to the amount originally paid for the qualifying item. Size exchanges do not affect your promotional gift.
Will Moonfern be releasing more prints?
Absolutely! Berry Garden is only the beginning. We're starting with one print we truly love rather than rushing to fill a collection. More Moonfern prints and coordinating pieces are planned for the future!
